Should that be luck not look - too many computer games mate ;-)

Anyhow what I meant was - did renault take back the prevous car - did you end up out of pocket ? I realise that you ended up out of patience.

hi ya, in response to above post- my car was a motability car. Motability cancelled my contract agreement with renault and took the car back and it was sold off, obviously I dont know if they had rights to claim back what I should have paid towards the car for the next three years. They probably did as the car was totally unreliable and didnt meet the contract terms. I ended up recieving an amount of money back from the car however still had to foot 2200 upfront cash at the beginning of my new agreement. Hope this explains it better :-p

Interesting and yes thanks that clears things up. My opposite neighbour is getting a grand scenic via motability ( currently runs a vauxhall zafera mpv thingy with no toys or grunt from the engine department ). He has done this despite my warnings about the local dealer. I travel around 20 miles round trip to get a better service from Renault.

What was the braking problems you had with the Scenic & were they resolved ?, I have a Scenic 1.6 Privilege & Im experiancing problems with the braking system.
