Can anyone help me. My scenic kangaroos at low speeds. First I was told it was the coils - no. Then I was told it was the flywheel sensor - no. Does anyone have any ideas, it is getting really annoying now.
If it's an 8 valve engine then check the vaccuum pipe between the inlet manifold and the MAP sensor(on the bulkhead) for cracks or splits. It's a very common failure......
I am no expert but since getting this problem sorted I have geard it is quite a common problem so I would look there first. We spent loads of money replacing other things first just to find out it was a pipe.
Sorry to awaken an olde thread but it does seem partly relevent to my own minor problem. When cold starting my car I get engine judder when pulling away in 1st. This only seems to last a few minutes & disappears as the engine starts to warm. I have recently replaced the 2 front engine mounts & intend to do the rear one next. Any ideas or links to appropriate threads (I did a search & this seemed to be on the right track) greatly appreciated
cheers!
