scenic 2

no checked there cannot find anything behind centre console any other ideas?
seem the red and black wire goes to the top of the fan motor and i assume this is where the resistor pack is,but again the problem is how do you get access to it?
the car is a 1.5 dci ,love the car and it gives me over 55 mpg ,but problems like this really are frustrating!

Scenic II

Hello, had a similar problem with my 2004 Scenic, rang up Renault Customer Services as it was just out of warranty. They agreed that they would make a 70% contribution, I ended up paying 120, not good but, at least it is under warranty for 1 year. Worth giving renault a call, be patient and polite, nothing to lose !!
Good luck, regards Damian.
PS Looked at doing the job myself, big job, dash out !!
