It's not just Renault's, a mate opened is garage to
find both mirrors on is Rover then only a year
old a molten mass on the floor.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?

If you find a fix for your problem please let us know it will help others.

Red face Scenic mirror switch

I've still not fitted the fuse and isolating switch to my Scenic something came up over the weekend.

My daughter walked in from shopping with mum and said the rear passenger door wouldn't open. It is closed, cental locking off and button up, but it can'be opened either from inside or outside. the child lock is off and everything seems to lock and unlock, but the door is held fast!!
How do you remove a lock from a closed door without damaging it??
Oh and Ralph I like the 3.1/2, I sold a, no, the best 1989Kanguro last year, the guy rode it home, never rode it again and has sold it on!! Some people!!
Currently in happyspear's garage:

Re: Renault Scenic - Fire mirror problem..

we have a 2001 scenic and it was recalled by renault for this problem about 3 years ago. when it was in the dealer they decided that witout asking first that they would do oil change, change a tyre that the mechanic deciced was illegal (even though it wasn't) replace all orange indicator bulbs and presented my wife with a bill for 96
i then phoned the manager of the dealership to ask how he justified the work without asking , he could as the mechanic had done so without his authority or ours. we were reimbursed full ammount and a free mot
check to see if yours is on the recall list
