Excellent Sir and very well timed as a replacement filter is on the cards for my dCi next week.
At least I won't go to the extremes I did the last time ....... took the battery & ECU out to get into the bloomin' thing Mind you, I was fitting a power supply for the amp at the same time

I think I have CDO. It's like OCD, but with ALL THE LETTERS IN THE RIGHT ORDER

Air Filter Change

Hi all, the pics of the air filter change are great but can you tell us what engine type and size the motor has. I intend to change my filter tomorrow on my 2004 Petrol 1.4 Scenic and its nowhere near as complicated as that (I hope??). I'll let you know and may take my own pics.

I had a chuckle in that you started the job in daylight and by the time it came to putting everything back together it was dark!

Nothing is easy on these cars. Renault's designers should be shot at dawn.

It took me an hour just to get at the heater control unit to see if i could change the bulb. unfortunately a few bulbs but none that can be replaced as all weren't wroking. New heater unit just so it can light up.

Now which numpty came up with that idea!

Great post by the way!
