Renault Scenic - 'Oil level' dash indicator

I changed some bulbs in my instrument display panel yesterday & I have just noticed an odd issue. When I start the car it displays the oil level for 30 seconds before showing the milage & this level is now reading half full with oil not full as it has done before the job? I have checked the oil level on the dipstick & it is indeed still at full level...

Any Ideas on this or can I reset the dash level indicator somehow? or does it just need to 'mystically' settle down again after yesterdays removal/refit???
