Re: hiya im new to this and going to look at a laguna 2007 150 2.0 dci..

i have the same car, though mine is the Dynamique model

mine to has the 2.0dci engine

i bought it 3 years ago when it had done 125,000 mile, ex fleet car with FSH

what a great engine, never a spot of bother and at 150bhp, it goes pretty well too

its now done 140,000 mile and still feels as good as it did when i got it

nothing has gone wrong with it in the time i have had it, everything still works as it should

the only money i have spent on it is normal servicing and a couple of ball joints

bear in mind when it comes to servicing, the engine takes 7 litres of oil , and the oil isn't cheap

there is no cambelt to worry about, the 2.0dci is chain driven, so no costly replacements

my service schedule says it should be inspected at 110,000 miles, which was done before i got it

i think they have made up for the rubbish 1.9 and the 2.2 engines, and finally made a good one

i have never regretted buying my car for a second, and i doubt you will either
