Round pin in a square hole

Ive got on of the Renault/Philips 22DC258/62B radios with 'Tuner list' written on the front in my X-reg Kangoo. I also have a Kenwood CD changer, a KDC-C465. Now I am told that the radio has CD-Changer compatability. My problem is that the only place I can see where I can stick the changers cable in the back is next to what looks like the Stalk/console display plug. Its the one with 8 holes in a 3-2-3 formation in a square hole. Now the cable from the CD changer is 13 pin in a 4-4-4-1 formation in a round plug.
Is there any way I can get a cable that would work my CD changer from the radio header unit?
The Kenwood header unit is full of coffee hence why I havent just put that in the kangoo.
