Any particular reason that you used manual release??
If warning came up once and doesn't repeat and parking brake working ok otherwise, simple answer is keep a note but ignore it.
Ask em to look over system at next service.
This is not burying your head in the sand, the system can throw up warnings for all sorts of reasons and it may never reappear.
If warning is regular or comes up everytime you start or operate brake we need to dig deeper.
You can check some things just in case and are worth keeping an eye on anyway.
Brake pad wear, reaching end of life or uneven?
Caliper arms moving and returning properly.
Cables not jamming
Can't say, may be as simple as ignore and it'll not reapear.
Could be manual handle faulty.
Could be voltage/wiring/battery fault
Could be worse.
