Scenic electronic to manual parking brake conversion?

I have a Scenic 1.6 2005 model 5 seater fitted with electronic handbrake system.
I am wondering is there anyone out there who has successfully converted to a manually operated handbrake, utilising a good old fashioned hand brake lever, who could give me some advice?
I understand the bolt holes to mount the lever may be already present on the chassis, however the only addfitional info I have found so far is that the calipers may be slightly different in the respect of where the cables connect onto etc.
Any further advice/info would be gratefully appreciated.
