Scenic that won't start

An electrical problem relating to my Scenic (2001, 1.4 Authentique) has developed. The problem prevents me starting the car. Detailed below are the symptoms, any help in this matter would be appreciated. Symptoms: Hazard lights, central locking, driver’s electric window, indicators, alarm indicator light and internal lights are inoperative. These all seem to be common to one part of the fuse box but details on this part are lacking in my manual for me to make a proper assessment. Is it likely that a plug has become loose from this part which would result in the problem I have?
I am assuming that the car won't start because the imobliser/alarm is not powered up - is there any way I can bypass this/power it up to get the car to a dealer.
