They're dealer only, and they need to be coded to the car. If it's your only key, then consider getting two made up, as you'll still only have to pay the same labour as you would for a single one.

They're sometimes repairable if you're handy with a soldering iron. Usually it's just a loose connection that's arisen from everyday bumps and knocks. You'll probably need a fairly low wattage fine tipped one to avoid overheating the components.
