Servo is right behind the glove box on the other side of the bulkhead and that is probably what you are hearing as it cycles.
As you pump the brake, the resevoir will exhaust stored vacumm and the pedal should go hard and any puff noise will disappear

As long as no other issues with the brakes it's probably just one of those quirks.
I don't hear it on my scenic unless the bonnets up but others probably do.

BTW, in the spirit of political correctness, you are no longer allowed to refer to small puffs.
