It's not worth trying to fit new seals to wheel cylinders as there is quite often corrosion on the bore of the cylinder which would damage the new seals.

The video in the link shows you how to change a wheel cylinder. (skip to 2.30)

A few points to note about the video though...A piece of pipe on the bleed nipple and into a container when bleeding would have been better, also don't push the brake pedal right down to the floor, only push it to about half way so as to lessen the chances of master seal dammage.
