Removing the air-bag bulb won't help as the test includes watching the light come on and then go out as it ought to.

The efficiency pass rate for a handbrake is less than the footbrake so it still possible there is something amiss.

Thye rear self-adjusters are known to seize so it may be they need to be manually adjusted - this involves removing the drums.

Also if one rear cylinder is newer than the other then ther's bouind to be an imbalance - it is recommended to renew brakes parts in axle sets.
