4 things you may wish to check;
  1. Does the pump work? i.e. can you hear it working? (if not, investigate on that)
  2. If it works, is it possible that you may have spilled sealant (you said you had repaired a leak) and that's causing a blockage?
  3. Remote possibility time now (what the Yanks call a 'Hail Mary' shot), does the water come out when the filler cap is open? It may be that a vacuum has been created that the pump can't overcome.
  4. Last one now - but this is unlikely unless you haven't used your washers for a while - the jets may ne blocked with the assorted road crud prevalent at this time of year.
Hope some of that helps - I know I've taken the blunderbuss approach - but hey - value for money or what?
