Service History.
High mileage and regular service can often be better then the low mileage, little old lady who only does two miles a day and never gets the engine warm.
High mileage does often mean a car being driven at more or less constant speed on the motorway and is alot less damaging then stop starts, sitting in jams and uncertain history often found on average miles motors.

Can also mean loads of miles being caned on a motorway or one careful owner...Hertz

Cam belt change goes without saying.
