Cheap at 117

Looking again I realise that this thing only works if you have a Bosch Diagnostic/servicing system. However, all Bosch service centres (and some independents) do and £117 can't be that much for them as it does other Renaults, BMW's and several other makes too I think).

I rang a Bosch dealer in Leicester who told me that it is possible to reset these things manually - i.e. yourself without any special equipment.... but didn't explain how... Is that true?

I bought the Haynes manual for the Laguna II and thats no use on this either (it tells you how to remove the control unit - unbolt it and unplug it - thanks for that insight Haynes...
