Welcome to the forum.
It's a job to diagnose noises over the internet,but I'll give you a few ideas!
Flywheels can cause a rotational rattle under load,as can crank shaft pulleys.The only thing is,you can usually make it do it with the car stationary and revving the engine.
As yours is only happening when the car is moving,then it could be gearbox related.I would check the gearbox
level and go from there.
Also,when you had the
replaced,was the intercooler or any of the pipe work changed at the same time?.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
