Yeah, was something else I was gonna check. Footy on the telly though, so gave it a miss today!

Took the car for a spin after topping up and the lights didn't illuminate once, so at least I know it was the fluids. Cars due a service in the next couple of months so I'll check all the necessary's, including pads, in the next couple of weeks.
