Hi, the Renault Harmony warranties are susposed to be the best (I've never tried mine yet, its not old enough !)
You can negotiate the price from your Renault dealer, as they are just insurance policies after all and they have a 100% mark-up ... so argue just as hard as you did when you purchased the car
.... obviously you need to get a salesman that is going to play the game (try the one that sold you the car in the first place) but dont give up, its easy money for them, and you can always try a different dealer if they wont play.
Also try the service manager/customer care rep, especially if you have had a lot of trouble, they may be willing to help as a goodwill measure .... it helps keep the custom to the service dept.
