wrt radio locked..........had a similar problem with a Puegeot radio a number of years ago. Took the car to Puegeot dealer they got the code, radio wouldn't accept it .......wrong code tried on to many attempts. I Removed the radio stuck it in the freezer overnight, let it sit in a warm room once removed from freezer (to let it get rid of condensation) refitted in car, entered code obtained from dealer.........hey presto now have sound. How does this work I hear you ask........the EPROM that holds the radio code has certain temperature parameters in which it operates, putting it in the freezer takes it outside the lower of these and essentially resets it. Sounds rather dodgy but it worked for me
