Hi there, I've heard of a few of these companies, but don't know if the can supply different thicknesses of coatings.
It would probably be worth enquiring, and they could send samples.

An alternative would be to extend the depth of the front mudflaps using a couple of strips of rigid plastic and a couple of self-tappers.

This gives you an alternative at least, and saves having to remove any protection already present.
