thanks all.
done as davess said 2 hours after crash & there as much use as a collander in a sinking ship ( bloody useless) informed my insurance company but i stand to loose £1000+ if she denies it was her fault even though my car was stuck on the pavement & 90% of the road was clear so she could have got past. I beleive she had put her handbrake on istead of trying to drive away she had handbrake/footplanted in the carpet on the brake as none of her wheels were turning which is why the back end of her car swung round & hit my front end side on (dumb cow has probably never driven in snow before.) I'm gonna try her again today or goto the address on the card failing that i'tt have to be monday.
