Renault Scenic - Noise When Accelerating*Fixed*

Hi people I have a problem it started last night which what seemed a light knocking/jolting in 1st gear, now when I accelerate in 1st my car sounds what I can best describe sounds like a hole in the exhaust (low end grunt sort of noise its not greatly louder just deeper), it does it when turning right but not left so far, does it occassionally in 2nd but fine when in 3,4,5th does it abit in 3rd when accelerating round around about as I tested. when idleing the engine sounds fine and normal. I have sat with handbrake up and laboured the engine and nothing no sound bufferting nothing just when moving. I thought it could be clutch, it gives some vibration through out the car but my partner feels it with the occasional jolt down in her footwell the noise/vibration seems to be coming from the left side of the car I thought wheel bearing but wheel seems fine, gear change is normal stick still has same movement no abnormal vibration on that either when driving or underload. any ideas or suggestions either to look at or try would be great, thankyou
