And anything that you can do to help circulation through the car will help.
On a dry day, stick a coat on and have the windows open.
Air Con on if you have it.
Remove any car mats, they will stop the carpet drying.
Lift the carpets if you can, there will be water trapped between the rubber backing and the floorpan.
Open hidden areas like under the seat drawers (if the Clio has them) and make sure they are dry.
Can be a PITA.
