hi guys, had an email back from renault today from the customer relations manager. he has asked me to contact him regarding the accident with my bonnet, asking for me to have to hand vehicle reg, mileage, service history. Do you think he is going to try and fob me off with the usual junk that the catch should have been serviced? What do you guys think i should do??
Yes if you do speak with them, mention your circumstances, and hopefully they should be "supportive" enough to avoid you jumping through too many hoops and help you out a bit! It's the least that they could do!
