The 'hefty fine' bit I'll accept, but 6 months in prison from a bunch that's letting paedophiles out into the community because they don't have anywhere to put them?
Maybe that's why Brown refuses to earmark road toll funds for transport improvements: He plans to spend most of your 1.28 per mile on building new prisons - hundreds of them.

Or maybe dodging paying for road tolls is a more serious crime than child abuse now
