How do i change a renault kangoo diesel filter ;do i just disconnect the pipes from the existing one and fit a new one or do i just lift the cover off and replace the filter in the housing ;but wouldnt air get into the system?if it does during the process do i have to bleed the system?and how would i bleed the system?

Re: Kangoo diesel filter renew

On my 1.9 dCi megane I disconnected the pipes and removed the whole housing from the car. Then I replaced the filter and washer, put it back together and on the car. Connect the pipes and use the manual pump under the bonnet untill it goes hard.

Leave it run for a minute and your good to go
