£3000 is about what another member said this forum saved him when at first his dealer tried to fob him off. He took this forum's advice and progressed his complaint to senior management in Customer Services and they paid 95% and 100% on the ensueing damages. I'm looking for the thread now and I'm very sorry that I have only just come across this thread.
Even If you have paid up, it doesn't mean you haven't got a case to press Renault for a refund.
