Laguna 11 1.9dci EGR valve

Hi All
Wondering if any members would know where I could pick up a valve for my 2006 Laguna diesel on the net. I have attached a pic as I know there is a couple of different kinds for this particular car. Thanks in advance.

The EGR valve in the photo looks very much like the Siemens type - it should have a part number on it somewhere.

It may be worth try GSF or Europarts or possibly Vauxhall or Nissan both manufacturers share similar engine design with Renault.

Re: Laguna 11 1.9dci EGR valve

Hi all,
Just a quick update and some technical details regarding the EGR saga on my Laguna.
From what I can gather a lot of there valves fail due to the plastic gears stripping from having the valve stuck as is the case in my car.
So for future reference I would recommend that if buying second hand you check these parts as all the cleaning in the world will not get the valve to open once the gears are stripped or missing some teeth, which I found out after buying a used valve on Ebay .
