Hi there

V. new to all this so please bear with me.

I have a 2007 Renault master van. The SERV light came on along with the pre-heating warning light/electronic incident and water present in fuel light. Drove short distance home without loss of power or any other problems coming to light. Currently being checked out but of course the problem hasn't/isn't recurring. Any ideas, advice, help would be appreciated. Thank you

I also have a Renault Master 2007 powering a Knaus motorhome. Similar problem started in Spain some years ago gradually getting worse until recently undriveable. Everyone telling me it is the EGR but things didn't add up. Went to a Renault Truck dealer in Bourg en Bresse. Ran a diagnostic and found fuel problem. I had noticed air in the fuel lines and this was of concern and the service guy pointed this out. Said fuel pump OK but couldn't find the problem so cleared the air and sent me on my way. 20Ks down the road same problem "limp mode" and yet worse was to come a few Ks later a complete failure. Started again and struggled on for a few Ks. Torch light out and found it. Hand pump next to filter a small split letting air in but not leaking fuel. A couple of versions of repairs and the van is now a dream to drive with another 1000K on the clock and not missed a beat. Starts easier, quieter, more power and torque. Have a new part supplied in France but have to work out how to fit to tank. Looks like remove battery box or drop fuel tank. Hand pump is shrunk on so is really not replaceable as trying to remove it would for sure damage barbs. New fuel line (tank to filter) 67 Euros and 2 days wait.
