Evening everyone!
So I came across this problem yesterday and can't seem to fix it.
Car few days ago starts immediately from first try, now it turns for 2-3 seconds then fires up and RPMs are around 200-300, and seems like he's going to die until I rev him them it runs smoothly. I noticed that when I start it for first time I have to turn it, when it fires, turn engine off, then again fires in milisecond. I saw someone say that TDC sensor is dirty that causes problems like this, I cleaned it and problem still the same.
PS: Fuel lever on fuel pump didn't work ( fuel gauge always on zero ) so I replaced fuel pump but it was like 1-2weeks ago.
Anyone ideas?

sorry I forgot to mention that is 1.6e 66kw.. I dont know, now I see that when car fires and drives normally, when I stop for minute-two, it starts instantly, but if I let him for 30-45min, it starts after turning 2-3s and it's like he's missing fuel (rpms below 500) and shakes, then few seconds everything is normal

yes, it works fine, I've changed it and replaced two hoses that goes into a pump because those plastic holder broke and it was leaking a fuel

I'm thinking on coolant temp sensor mis-reading.
Just a thought as symptoms sound little like auto choke problems.
Fairly simple and cheap to change.
are you talking about those two sensors that are located next to thermostat?
