That sounds about right.

The cambelt is due at 72000 miles or 5 years,which ever comes first.It is best to change the complete kit,so your garage are right to quote you for it.With the kit you get new idlers and a tensioner,and I looked into getting one for my 1.8 16 valve.Prices vary,but should be around £100 plus the labour to fit it.If your getting a major service on top of that for £395,then thats a good deal.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
