You've probably had the right answers in the original thread
Kangoo User

Dunno for certain about the Kangoo but many cars, including Scenics and Meganes suffer from blocked scuttle drains.
So well worth a looksee.
Open the bonnet and take a looksee in the rear crners where the inner wings meet the bulkhead.
Partially hidden on Scenics by the Wiper Panel.
Chances are they are filled with crud or dead leaves.
Which blocks the drains and lets water run into the heating vents, blower motor, behind the dash and into the electrics..... causing all sorts of fun and jubilation including wierd and wonderful happenings with various systems.... and wet feet
Basic test is pour water down your screen and make sure it is running out behind wheels.
Pleanty of threads here on how to clean.
Basic is clean out any surface crud and rod out the drains with curtain wires seem a favourite.

Drying out... wet and dry vacuum cleaners.
Auto Valet people have industrial ones so may be worth a visit.
Run with air con on, even in winter...has a drying effect.
Check for hidden areas.... Scenics et al have hidden areas beneath the seat drawers which flood
Currently in Dancingdad's garage:
Qashqai 1.6 spark driven, Kia Sedona 2.9 TDI, Scenic II 15DCi 2004 (SORN) not quite RIP.
