Hi dorothy harris & welcome to our (independent from Renault) Forum.

If you've got a problem with the dealer not being able to solve the car's issues, I'd consider 2 possible actions

Your warranty, if you've had the car from new, is valid at any Renault dealership, so in your shoes I'd take elsewhere, hopefully another dealership can solve your problem.

The other course of action is to make contact with Renault Customer service, but rather than going off on one. (Which I can understand) Factually write down point by point the cars issue's, then calmly convey the problem to them.

I've made contact with RCS on a few occasions & it's never failed for me.
