You'll find plenty of opinions on the forum ranging from "I would never own a Renault ever again" to "I love my Renault".

As for reliability pay your money to take your chance, it really is down to luck as far as I'm concerned.

That said Renaults do seem to suffer more than other makes with electrical problems, a lot of the time this seems to be due to water finding its way into sensitive electrics. This is mainly because for some reason they have placed fuse boxes in vulnerable places that can be got to by water if a drain hole blocks up. That's another thing Renault don't seem very good at, making a drain hole that works, they seem to block up quite easily.

Have you not considered a VW or Skoda, they seem to be the choice of most Taxi drivers, and they should know!

Hover over the "TOOLS" tab at the top of the page
> then in the dropdown click on "User Dashboard"
> click on "Edit Your Details" at the top Left hand side.
> scroll down to the "What's current in your garage?" box and enter your vehicle details.
