Leak coming from Fuel tank

Hi There experts;
I have filled my fuel tank up with 2 or three click at the pump just to explain how full it was. I have then noticed fuel leaking out from under it at the bottom of the actual tank underneath the car. I have checked the main tank connections and they look ok dry to the touch. Closest to the Boot of the car the tank is ok and dry. when you get to the back of the tank where the fuel pipes run upto the engine. see photo's for better detail. the fuel seems to be running down the back of the tank where these pipes are coming from. Leak only happen's when i fill up. But i have a lot of diesel spill spots in the car park area. so it may be leaking all the time. small drips. I think i may need to remove it completely some weekend for a proper look at it?? Can you advice please.
Thanks very much. well appreciated lads.
