Depends what they find.
New battery could be the end of that issue or could also mean a new alternator. Can't tell though I'd suspect the battery will do it

Brakes anywhere from couple of hours to free them off and check system to new callipers pads and discs... Upwards of five hundred.
Don't let the garage load the job.
I'd expect the couple of hours labour, maybe a hundred but depends on garage labour rates. A good guy could strip and free in an hour... Or if parts are well jammed, two or three
Pads wouldn't surprise but ask to see them. More then five mm of wear left they don't need changing now.
Also if they are worn unevenly they'll need changing.
Similar with discs though does depend on how hot they got and wear on them.
