If you are talking about the small screws that hold the disc to the hub don't bother unless you have time on your hands as they aren't that important.
If you want to remove it you will probably have to drill it out starting with a thin drill then go up a size at a time.
After it's out you may have to re tap the threads in the hole to clean them up or go up to the next thread size.

Hover over the "TOOLS" tab at the top of the page
> then in the dropdown click on "User Dashboard"
> click on "Edit Your Details" at the top Left hand side.
> scroll down to the "What's current in your garage?" box and enter your vehicle details.
> Once the details are entered scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes"
