Converting scenic 2 s is more then possible.
Grand scenic less so. First would be lever mountings which are on scenics. Second as you say cables.
Good news is callipers will be ok.

Bolting a lever to the floor isn't difficult nor would a cable hole.
Making it look right with centre trim panel. Depends on what you want

Cables. Scenic uses separate cables from lever to each caliper
Many cars use a single cable to an axle mounted regulator which connects and equalises load for secondary cables
So a wander round a scrapyard with tape rule and an open mind could find a solution.

I take it your black box is dead?
