It's 2 or 3 screws and then pull off the panel. It's clipped in so give it a tug.
Then an 8mm or 10mm screw (can't remember which) to undo the rear of the button, unhook central locking motor and the metal guide rod and the whole button will come out in your hands.
It's much easier to work on if you get it out like that.
