Can anyone please help me buy a wheel bearing?
Around 3 or 4 months ago I replaced a rear wheel bearing on my 2007 MK3 Clio dci. It was only a cheap bearing (£20) and it has gone again. My mechanic told me I should buy a FAG bearing on the internet, which I have had no luck in finding. While I was searching I seen a brand, SKF, which are apparently as good. I believe these are OEM bearings?
I've had a look on the internet & Ive came across some SKF bearings on Eurocarparts. The problem is there seems to be a variation on the types of bearings. I have drum brakes but all SKF bearing I see seem listed for disc brakes?
Here is a listing of bearings on the eurocarparts website:
I'm assuming I can not use this bearing for mine as it is for disc brakes & I have drums?
Can anyone tell me what SKF rear bearings I could use from that list - if any?
Apologies for the spiel, but I just like to be clear
Any help would be very much appreciated.
