According to TRW technical Dept there is a difference between manual and auto calipers.
Position of operating lever is different.
They tell me that it isn't an issue fitting auto calipers with manual handbrake but is the other way round.
They also tell me that they are the same size/ basic type of calipers on all the Scenic/megane range in the age/model all scenic 2 should have same rear calipers as Grand Scenics etc.

Obviously needs confirming but I think you should be okay.
