Yup, the only difference is the angle of operation of the handbrake lever and stop at the back of the caliper.
You may find other slight differences like external spring, internal spring or an internal spring with hooks for an external spring but they are the same body, fixings and pads.

As said, TRW assured me that the lever position has no affect on the operation of manual handbrakes. But does on Automatic ones.
