You can get it repaired (or try it yourself if you wish). I have a technique with a heat gun which when you gently heat the plastic will help it to reform to its original shape (it is said that the plastic has a memory), but I must stress that the temperature is raised gently - otherwise you risk the plastic glazing/melting/scorching.
If you can remove the trim from the car for this purpose, then even better.
