Hi there Jim, and welcome.

It's difficult to be 100% accurate from a picture, but from what I see, I'd reckon that sill could be repaired, after a bit of sanding, a bit of work with a slide hammer (if it's severely buckled), followed by a skim of filler, a smooth and a spray.

It's all localised, and seems away from the jacking points - so not on a load-bearing section at all.

A decent smart repairer would be anywhere up to 250, which has got to be cheaper than cutting away the existing one, buying & welding in a replacement, then painting it.

Less time off the road also - it could be done in a full day.
