Maybe I'm just lucky (or good with the hammer)
but I've never had to drill out one of them screws....if the 2 hammer trick doesn't free it off, I go to the impact driver, if that fails due to a rounded head the center punch method gets it out.
Don't forget the dab of copper slip on the new screw.
