When I had my argument with DVLA, I wrote to the CEO by way of complaint against their Local Offices. When dissatisfied with his response, your next option is to take matters to your MP who will presumably discuss matters with the regulating office (I think that's the Home Office, where DVLA is concerned). Incidentally, it is still far better to write to your MPs rather than talk to them at their 'clinics'.
Sorry - Part 3 I can't seem to post more than one page at a time.
Anyone interested in having a look at the report by SJ message me and I will send it to you, it will give you a laugh. Starts of with VOSA asking Renault about one of the complaints they received and Renault saying that the complainant did not shut the bonnet properly, case closed for VOSA! The case was taken up again when Watchdog contacted VOSA.
I have asked Watchdog to appeal to views that made a complaint to VOSA to contact them.More to the point... how many were told to go away because the case was closed.
Oh spoke to a Watchdog rep yesterday between Tuesday night and Wed morning they received a further 100 complaints. VOSA have managed 2 in a year - are they missing something!Other than my MP who else can I complain to? It's hard enough trying to take on Renault without having to deal with VOSA as well!I'm fairly sure we've read of more than two complainants saying they had complained to VOSA. Brigatti, Meesh and J_BO82 is already more than two isn't it? So how many more are there?
