Banning young drivers for night driving is ridiculous and completely unforcable.The police struggle to enforce the rules and regulations that we have in place now,so adding to this would be madness......

Upping the age to 18 would make little difference,too.All it would mean that deaths in scooter of moped accidents would soar as youngsters would be forced to ride them for longer......In my area,if you haven't got your own transport your completely snookered,but I don't suppose our government have worked that out yet.How are people from the country supposed to get jobs or attend colleges/universities if they can't get there?.The public transport system in my area is a bit of a joke,but I suppose thats the case anywhere....apart from London.But then the country does revolve around London......

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
